David Frohman is the founder & president of Peachstate Historical Consulting, Inc., which was launched in 1997 and will celebrate its 15th anniversary in 2012. Frohman is a lifelong collector who developed an interest in space in the mid-1970s, shortly after the end of the Apollo program. As a pilot since 1977, Frohman has experience flying both in the Air Force, and as a civilian flight instructor and airline pilot. He holds a commercial pilots license with all major ratings, and is experienced with flying both subsonic and supersonic aircraft. David Frohman holds degrees both in Aeronautical Science from Embry - Riddle Aeronautical University, and in Liberal Studies from Pace University. He also completed post-graduate work in accounting at Georgia State University, and received a scholarship to study theology at seminary in Israel. David Frohman is a graduate of the United States Air Force Officer Training School, and attained the rank of First Lieutenant as an Air Force officer. He is also the published author of numerous articles and studies that cover a wide range of topics within the realm of historical artifacts and documents. Frohman's high standards have also brought his firm to the attention of the ultimate space collectors .... the pioneer astronauts and their families! These legendary individuals have come to rely on his expertise to supply evaluation, appraisal, and marketing services for their personal space collections. This is in addition to millions of dollars of space material evaluated and sold under Frohman's supervision over the years to his large and diverse clientele. Since 1997, Frohman has cataloged and appraised four Moonwalker collections, and evaluated portions of several other astronaut collections. Indeed, over the years David Frohman has catalogued and appraised thousands of artifacts that were flown in space or returned from the moon. David Frohman was even bestowed with the honor of being chosen to appraise the golf club used by Alan Shepard on the moon for the United States Golf Association! Frohman has also been responsible for the donation of well over two million dollars worth of space artifacts to museums and state universities. David Frohman's expertise has also been utilized by national institutions such as the Kennedy Space Center, and the Kansas Cosmosphere & Space Center. Frohman has also been interviewed by the Discovery Channel for his views on the space collectibles market, and assisted governmental entities on like issues. |
