David Frohman, President of Peachstate Historical Consulting, Inc., is pleased to announce that his firm
has acquired the "Joseph Lee Wicks Space Collection". The collection consists of hundreds of
astronaut-signed photographs, documents, and signed postal covers from the pioneer American space program. "The Wicks space collection is literally the finest I have ever seen in private non-astronaut hands", Frohman said. "In addition to being a decorated World War 2 decorated veteran, Joseph Lee Wicks was also a dedicated collector of astronaut autographs, with a special interest in space philately. As such, he assembled the finest collection of astronaut-signed postal covers that I have ever seen! I am thrilled to be able to help bequeath this superb collection to a new generation of space collectors!" |
